We provide a 5 Year Limited Warranty on all ladders. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace any defective parts, materials, or workmanship for no additional cost when the ladder is installed, maintained, and used as intended under normal conditions.
All shipping and labor costs will continue to be the buyer's responsibility. All other guarantees or warranties, whether expressed or implied, are superseded by this limited warranty.

For added safety, strength, and long-lasting durability, our aluminum ladders and their components are made from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, which eliminates the need for painting.
We can make Rolling Library Ladders and Loft Ladders out of any type "1" hardwood upon request. Additionally, there are more than 200 powder-coated finishes for all-metal library ladders.
ANSI A14.3 is the American National Standard for Ladders – Fixed – Safety Requirements. This standard was developed by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
Our aluminum ladders are OSHA/ANSI A14.3 certified for fixed-wall ladders.
In addition to fixed access, library, and loft ladders for practically any application or industry, our manufacturers also offer a wide range of special-purpose ladders.
This includes Stepladders and Stools, Rolling Workstands, Extension, Fire Ladders, Agricultural Ladders, Platform Ladders, and Shelf and Counter Ladders.
Fixed Access Ladders
All ladders have a 5 Year Limited Warranty. When installed and serviced in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions and when used under normal conditions for which the ladder was intended, we will repair or replace, at its option, defects in the parts, material or workmanship at no charge. All shipping and labor charges will remain the responsibility of the buyer. This limited warranty is in lieu of all other guaranties or warranties expressed or implied.
Our aluminum ladders are standard mill finished aluminum unless otherwise requested. We also have over 200 powdercoated colors to choose from. Anodizing is not available.
We fabricate all aluminum ladders according to your specifications and application. Contact us for assistance in specifying.

Library Ladders
Library adders are specially made with a slide bar assembly that allows the ladder to be stored in a vertical position when not in use and pulled out at an 80 degree angle for use.
Our Library Ladders are all custom made to order in any type “1” hardwood. Hardware finishes include plated and powdercoated finishes, with every piece of hardware finished to match.
Yes. Library Ladders are available in aluminum with over 200 powdercoated finishes.

Yes. Our ladders can be created with metal tracks for 45° and 90° corners. Tracks for completely round rooms will add about 2 weeks to lead-time.

Loft Ladders
Our Loft Ladders may be designed for complete removal from track or to fold for storage when not in use.
Loft Ladders may be permanently mounted to one spot, secured to a track in the case of a rolling ladder, or designed for complete removal from the track when not in use.
Our Loft Ladders are all custom made to order in any type “1” hardwood. We also offer metal Loft Ladders with powdercoated finishes – including the hardware.
Yes. Loft Ladders are available in aluminum with over 200 powdercoated finishes.
Our Loft Ladders ship via common carrier in a heavy-duty carton, unless otherwise requested.
